{ a thought and prayer }

I ran across this quote a while back,

and throught is simplicity, it spoke to me.

Charmicheal was speaking of waiting on the Lord to work, and in the process of asking Him to...missing that He already was.

I think its easy to lose sight of what the Lord is doing in our lives.

Easy to keep asking the Lord to "grant our wishes" and miss the actual work he is doing in our lives.

Sometimes the Lord has given us the answers we seek but we are to blinded by asking God to move, that we fail to realize He has. 

Sometimes we recognize there is an answer, but we keep praying because it wasn't the answer we wanted.

Sometimes we use prayer and waiting on the Lord as excuse not to do what He has already told us to.
